80 Willow Road is a single-story creative office building located on seven acres at the intersection of Middlefield Road and Willow Road in the Middlefield Corridor submarket of Menlo Park, close to downtown Palo Alto. Originally built in the 1952 as part of Sunset Magazine’s headquarters campus, the property was designed by Cliff May, the originator of California ranch-style architecture, with extensive landscaping designed by Thomas Church to showcase native West Coast flora. The project features an interior courtyard, covered walkways, and abundant outdoor collaborative areas.
80 Willow is a 12-minute walk or a short drive from both downtown Palo Alto and downtown Menlo Park, each of which offers an amenity-rich, walkable environment and direct Caltrain access. Willow Road provides easy access to U.S. Highway 101, the primary commercial corridor through the San Francisco Peninsula into Silicon Valley with connections to the East Bay over the Dumbarton Bridge (Route 84) and the Hayward-San Mateo Bridge (Route 92).
